About the author
For over two decades, René Hoyer has shaped IT organizations — as a manager, project lead and SAFe coach. He has guided companies in building new IT structures, led agile scaling with Kanban, Scrum, SAFe and OKR, and stabilized crisis projects.
Today he combines that foundation with the daily practice of AI-assisted software delivery. René is the founder of OCENOX and has lived in Auckland, New Zealand since 2024 — leading projects with a global perspective. In the book he distills this experience into practical guidance for everyone who shapes IT organizations.
