René Hoyer
René Hoyer has been writing software since he was twelve. For over two decades he has accompanied organizations through agile transformation: as program manager, product owner and SAFe coach (SPC). He has introduced Scrum, Kanban and OKR in large companies. He has worked with artificial intelligence since the early nineties, today daily with coding agents. He is the founder of OCENOX and lives with his family in Auckland, New Zealand.
