Privacy Policy
1. Controller
⟨René Hoyer / OCENOX LTD⟩, ⟨address⟩, email: ⟨contact@heptams.org⟩.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ⟨hosting provider⟩. When you access it, technically necessary server logs (IP address, date/time, requested resource, user agent) are processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Book waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we process your email address, optionally your name, and technical metadata (IP address, timestamp). Purpose: to notify you once, by email, as soon as the book Hepta Management System is available. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Processing and storage are carried out via our technical service provider OCENOX LTD (platform/API service) acting as a data processor.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to ⟨contact@heptams.org⟩. Your data is deleted once the purpose is fulfilled (notification sent) or you withdraw consent.
4. Newsletter (optional)
Using a separate checkbox you may subscribe to the HeptaMS newsletter. We use the double opt-in procedure: after signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link; only after confirmation do we add you to the list. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We log sign-up and confirmation as evidence. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by contacting ⟨contact@heptams.org⟩.
5. Fonts and CDN
This page loads fonts (Google Fonts) and frontend libraries (Bootstrap via jsDelivr) from external servers. Your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider. ⟨Note: review before go-live; consider serving fonts and Bootstrap locally to avoid third-party transfer.⟩
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. Contact
